: When transferring goods to the recipient in accordance with the multimodal transport agreement, the operator of the multimodal transport should transfer the goods as follows:-
(a) in the case of the issue of a bearer-endorsed negotiable right-of-way multimodal bill of lading by handing over a copy of the same to the filing party,
(b) in the case of a directed person having issued a multimodal waybill with exchangeable rights, by handing over to the person who filed the multimodal waybill duly registered,
(c) In case of issue of non-exchangeable right-of-way multi-way bill of lading bearing the name of the consignee, by handing it over to a person who submits reasonable proof that he is the consignee mentioned in the consignor's written permission.
